Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the items in their original TOVE branded packaging and affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection through our logistics partner.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
